на этой фотке видно, что выставлены единицы измерения
JIN (сегодня первый раз узнал о такой величине
).
Причем, значек как раз расположен под первой цифрой слева от десятичной запятой.

1.Unit: Key for changing weight unit from kg--Jin--Lb--oz--kg, 1kg=2Jin=2.2Lb=35oz;
2.Power: Key for switching on/off and locking functions;
3.Tare: Key for removing tare and choosing locking functions.
Procedure:
1.Switching on: Press POWER to switch on the electronic scale. On seeing zero weight, put article on the hook. Weight of the article will be display on the screen instantly. Press POWER again to switch off, or the scale will switch off automatically after 120 seconds without any key-pressing;
2.Removing Tare: After weight of the article is show, press TARE key. Zero weight and the TARE sign will appear on the screen. Put additional article on the hook, and weight of the new article will be shown;
3.Choosing Locking Function: Press TARE for 2 seconds. "L_ON" or "L_OFF" will appear on the screen. "L_ON" stands for locking function, which means weight of the article will be fixed on the screen with the sign "LOCK". Press POWER again to weight new objects. "L_OF" stands for no locking function, which means weight of the article will not be fixed on the screen.
Caution:
1.The electronic scale can be damaged with overload. If the article is 5% overweight, the sign "O_LD" will appear on the screen. Take down the article. Reduce the weight before weight again;
2.When weighting, take hold of the hanging belt instead of gripping the casing of the scale;
3."LO" means low on battery and new battery is needed;
4.Battery should be removed if the scale is not used for a long time to avoid damage caused by battery emission.
Т.е. получается, что приведенные на фотках измерения нужно
делить ровно пополам, чтобы получить результат в килограммах (граммах). Похоже, по дороге кто-то неудачно зацепил кнопку "Unit"...

Кстати, неплохо было бы
в качестве дополнительного контрольного параметра попросить приводить кроме веса и фотографий еще и длину рыбы. Тогда подобные недоразумения и ошибки с измерениями можно было бы выявлять еще на стадии заявки.
